You may cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time. After you cancel auto-renewal, you still continue to have access to the subscription's services until the currently paid-for period expires. There are no refunds for subscription charges; if you cancel your auto-renewal, you will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then current subscription period at the time of cancellation. The prior statement may not apply to all countries, and Apple will issue refunds required by law, according to their terms and conditions. Upward Inward Outward and its app software, in keeping with iOS limitations, does not have any control or technical capability to process refunds, and any refund process is between the user and Apple.
